"Tony Thomas grew up in the coal mining community of Briceville, Tennessee. As a young boy Tony has vivid memories of his boyhood adventures in the hills and hollows around Briceville. Family is also an important part of his childhood memories.

In this book Tony shares his cherished memories of his childhood days. Tony has also included some songs he has written about family members and also some recipes from his cookbook that he wrote with the help of his mother-in-law (Viola Cox 1919-2008)
